How to register your first account

The first step in creating an activeARC Cloud Management System account is to make sure you’re using support or generic company email. We suggest not using a personal email for security reasons. Once you decide on the email address you can use for the system to register your User ID and password.

Once you’re registered an email will be sent to the registered email address used to set up the account. That email will provide a link to authorize access to the system.

In the unfortunate situation that you’ve forgotten your password, just select ‘Forgot Password’ and an automated email will be sent allowing you to reset your password.
